How did you come to Bosch?
At the end of 2004, I got an internship agreement at Bosch in Hangzhou in the technical sector. My main job was to support the engineers to transfer projects to China. After I graduated from university I was hired from Bosch.
Why do you like to work for Bosch?
Top technology, of course, is a main factor attracts me. Beside that, many other aspects, like all these colleagues from all over the world who showed me the "International Team Work", the management system from Bosch and the whole perfect working atmosphere. All of these shining points really grasp my heart.

Bosch gave me the chance to contribute my own ideas and always rely on my colleagues support. And one important point is that all the ideas have the chance to become true.
How would you characterize the people at Bosch?
We are colleagues from all over the world. The team is highly motivated. This brings us a good international atmosphere, interesting experience and also it show me what is a international cooperation.
How does your future at Bosch look like?
During my trainee program I have the chance to improve my technology and management understanding and this will lead me to an excellent manager in the future.
What does your working day look like?
According to both my willingness and our company's interests, I changed to the manufacturing department after my graduation. Management combined with technology is mainly what my job is now. Communication with other departments to solve problems or make improvement, get contact with all employees in workshop to make sure that every step goes well and take part in the machine manufacturing process, which really improve my technology knowledge.
