Bosch in Nanjing held the 5th Dragon Boat Match on Xuanwu Lake on September 8th, 2007. Nine teams in different color T-shirts competed for the first prize with high morale. Bosch employees took the Dragon Boat Match as a stage to show their team-spirit, enthusiasm and strenuousness.

Bosch in Changsha, Mountain Climbing

Bosch in Changsha held a mountain climbing competition on April 8th, 2007 on the Yuelu Mountain. With a blow of whistle, 12 teams shoot out like an arrow towards the mountaintop. During the competition, we have seen the strong and vigorous team member in top front, and also seen team members who helped each other to finish the whole journey. This activity not only showed Boschlers' speed and stamina, but also their team spirit.

Bosch Rexroth in Guangzhou, Outing

Every year Bosch different locations offer an outing for our employees. For example in 2007 Bosch in Shanghai organized a tour to Qingdao in the Shandong Province, and Bosch Rexroth in Guangzhou scheduled a trip to Lijiang and Shangri-la in the Yunnan Province. In the outings, you may release yourself from challenging daily work, and meanwhile understand your colleagues better in other aspects than working.

Bosch in Hangzhou, Outbound Team Building

In order to encourage information and experience exchange among project leaders, Bosch Power Tools held an outbound team building program for them in Hangzhou on Dec. 3rd, 2007. Under the guidance of professional trainers, participants felt the importance of trust and team-spirit, as well as the importance of thinking in other's shoe from team building games. These project leaders believed that they would utilize their learnings in real projects afterwards.
